An exhibition of paintings and sketches by Priya Hegde will be on display from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Priya Hegde
Priya’s interest in art and design has brought her through a journey in various related areas such as visual merchandising, graphic and web design, book and magazine editing, layout and illustration as well as in painting.
Reflecting a curiosity for diverse media and evolving technologies, she works with oils, acrylics, watercolours, pencils, and digital tools, exploring the distinct possibilities and expressions offered by each medium. Inspired by the quiet beauty of nature and the subtle moments of everyday life, she approaches art as a peaceful, explorative process.
Her work is deeply influenced by her journey as a practitioner and trainer of Heartfulness meditation, which informs the calm, reflective quality present in her creations. A practitioner of Heartfulness meditation for over 30 years, she also conducts meditation workshops for corporates and institutions.
